4. Refunds & Service Concerns
Due to the nature of personal services, all services are non-refundable once completed. If you have concerns regarding your service, you must notify Teaya Garcia DBA Manvel Hair Extension within 48 hours so we may evaluate and attempt a reasonable resolution.

6. Hair Extensions & Retail Products
All hair extensions and retail products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, altered, or installed.
